• Design development and finalisation
• Demolition
• Bulk earthworks and site regrade,
• Flexible road pavements with Kerb & Gutter and AC surface,
• Sewer  reticulation including installation of  a sewerage pumping station; design, and commissioning of an aerobic sewerage treatment plant and effluent pump station.
• Decommissioning and removal of the existing sewerage pumping station and treatment plant.
• Water reticulation including 2 x duplex pumping stations.
• Fire fighting reticulation including 2 x 90kL tanks with diesel jacking pumps.
• Electrical reticulation and street lighting.
