 Description: –           48 Lot fully serviced residential subdivision;

• Works undertaken in working Golf course residential precinct with clubhouse directly adjacent to works.

• Site was sand based and had pond / golf course water hazards along both sides of the subdivision.

• 780m of gravity sewer including 580m below water level up to 5m deep (4m below ground water level) required extensive use of dewatering spears. Works self performed using Bolte Civil equipment.

• Bulk and detailed excavation in sand.

• Potable water installation.

• Intreallotment and Street drainage including 3 custom stormwater biofilter devices.

• Underground electrical services including Streetlights, and NBN infrastructure.

• Flexible pavements including Kerb & Gutter

• Footpaths.

• Installation of entry wall and automated access gate system.
