Completion of service installation and roadworks enabling subdivision of commercial precinct within Mt Penang Parklands, Kariong.

Construction comprised of the following scope.

• Water Reticulation for Kangoo Road Precinct
• Sewer Reticulation for Kangoo Road Precinct
• McCabe Track Watermain modification
• Roadworks augmentation on busy school route adjacent to Mt Penang Parklands commercial precinct entrance
• Interallotment drainage
• Nightworks for road resurfacing
• Underboring and lineboring works to minimise disruption to the community incl. local business
• Driveway and footpath construction
• Landscape and finishing works
