Construction of 199 Housing Lots for Stage 1, 2 & 3 of the Glenfern Park lifestyle village at Thrumster, NSW including;

• 30,000m3 of Bulk Earthworks
• 22,000m² of flexible pavement
• 5km of pipelaying (stormwater, sewer, watermain and firemain)
• Site specific water quality basins consisting of infiltration stormwater drainage, inlet & outlet structures and scour protection
• 900m of sandstone log retaining walls up to 3.0m high
• Low voltage electrical with solar street lights and NBN pit and pipe
• Landscaping of street scape, Koala Park area and internal gardens.
